    What is Pressure Washing?
Pressure washing, also known as power washing, is a highly effective and  efficient method of cleaning and restoring a wide range of surfaces. It involves using pressurized water (3000-3500 PSI) to remove from various surfaces. Ideally, pressure  washing is used on flat surfaces including driveways,  walkways, and patios. Many exterior cleaning companies rely solely on pressure washing to clean.  When done improperly, this can lead to damaged vinyl siding, stripping of paint, intrusion of water through seals, an unnecessary headache for the customer.

What is Soft Washing?
Soft washing is a specialized exterior cleaning technique that goes beyond the surface to deliver a deep and gentle clean for a wide range of surfaces, including siding, roofs, decks, fences, and more. Unlike traditional pressure washing, soft washing relies on a combination of eco-friendly cleaning solutions and low-pressure (110-150 PSI) water to remove dirt, grime, mold, algae, mildew, and other contaminants safely and effectively. This method not only restores the beauty of your property but also helps maintain its longevity. For safe and effective exterior cleaning, soft washing is a superior alternative to high-pressure methods like pressure washing.

 The Process
Our expert pressure washing technicians

utilize state-of-the-art equipment and
techniques to deliver exceptional results.
Here's a brief overview of the process:
1.     Assessment: We begin by assessing
the surface to be cleaned, identifying
specific areas of concern and any delicate
materials that require special  attention
prior to cleaning.
2.     Preparation: Before pressure washing,
we prepare the area by removing debris and
obstacles, ensuring a safe and thorough
cleaning process.
3.    Vegetation Protection: Pre and post
cleaning involve wetting down all areas of
vegetation within cleaning proximity to
help neutralize any chemical overspray
that it may come in contact with. Most
house washes will require Sodium
Hypochlorite (Bleach) to kill the organic
growth. It is imperative to rinse all
vegetation. As seen with other companies,
if not done correctly could result in damage
to greenery.
4.     Cleaning Solution: Depending on the
surface and the type of contaminants, we
apply eco-friendly cleaning solutions that
effectively break down organic materials
such as dirt, grime, and stains.
5.     Rinse Cycle: Using our advanced
washing equipment, we spray water to
thoroughly clean the surface of organics
and chemicals applied. The pressure can
be adjusted through the soft washing system
to suit the material being cleaned, preventing
damage while achieving optimal results.
6.     Rinse and Inspection: After the pressure
washing is complete, we rinse the surface to
remove any remaining cleaning solutions and
inspect the area  for any missed spots or stubborn stains.
